Deskside Support Engineer Short Term Cover
This role involves working across multiple client sites in Ireland, providing cover for team members while on leave as well as acting as an additional resource when projects dictate.

Position Responsibilities:
* Request Fulfilment - following the clients IMACD process & SLAs
* Standard IMACDs/Enhanced IMACDs/Hardware and Software deployments
* Incident Resolution managing incidents following the client's process & SLAs
* Service Now or other ITSM systems Manage and update ticket queues
* Asset Tracking - responsibility for asset tracking and reporting of all existing and new ICT equipment
Technical Competencies:
* Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* MS Active Directory Experience in IT related services with understanding of networks and servers
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools, ITIL process, Asset Management and Escalation Management
