Job Title: Pharmacy Sales Support
Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled pharmacy sales assistant to join our team. As a key member of our retail staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting our wide range of over-the-counter products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on our OTC products, tailoring recommendations to meet their individual needs.
* Maximise sales opportunities by actively engaging with customers and offering a high-quality sales experience.
* Operate the electronic point of sale system for all basic operations including sales, stock adjustments and interbranch transfers.
* Ensure optimum stock levels and pricing are maintained, receiving orders and updating new products on the till system.
* Handle paperwork such as invoices and statements, as well as clean the shop and facilities on a daily or weekly basis.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You will be comfortable using computerised equipment and have a positive and professional attitude towards delivering exceptional customer service. Experience in a pharmacy environment is desirable but not essential.
