CommsTel is a progressive family owed business based in Midleton, Co. Cork, providing business phone systems & wifi networks and support throughout Munster. Due to continued expansion we have the following open position for a dynamic, hardworking energetic individual.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As the Accounts and Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth functioning of our office.
Customer Service and Office management
* Answering incoming calls, where necessary managing customer support tickets, booking and allocating jobs to engineers.
* Working with customers, engineers and sales to ensure customer success and operational efficiency.
Accounts Function
· Posting purchases invoices. Maintenance of the company's purchasing system, reconciliation of creditor statements and dealing with supplier queries. Generate and process all supplier payments
· Daily reconciliation of cash, credit cards and lodgements
· Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation, creditor and debtor reconciliation, Vat returns.
· Accounts Receivable, follow up customer payment in an effective manner
· Work closely with external accountant to provide key financial support to the management team and ensure all compliance deadlines are adhered to .
The ideal candidate must :
Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Provide Admin support as required
Be able to multi-task
Carry out ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
· We are looking for an assertive and professional individual with strong communication skills in English
· Track record showing the ability to work on your own initiative and to meet strict reporting deadlines
· High level of accuracy, attention to detail and integrity - discretion and confidentiality is imperative in this role
· The ideal candidate will demonstrate accounting experience, preferably in the Services Sector
· Extensive knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software experience required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €20,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
