As the first point of contact in the sales cycle, your role will be essential to driving success and building the foundation for long-term partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Partner closely with experienced Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies
2. Create, test, and refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and buyer personas
3. Identify and engage high-potential companies that can benefit from our products
4. Help shape the future of the company by bringing in new business opportunities
What You'll Bring:
5. Fluency in German and English
6. 9+ months of experience in an inbound or outbound BDR/SDR role
7. Motivation, energy, and excitement about exceeding targets
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
