Job Opportunity:
Seeking an experienced bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping and payroll services for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately maintain financial records across client accounts.
* Process bank reconciliations, invoices, and journals with high accuracy.
* Prepare VAT returns and process payroll efficiently.
* Assist with management accounts and year-end preparation.
* Liaise with clients to resolve queries and gather documentation.
* Work proficiently with cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, QuickBooks).
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of practice-based bookkeeping experience.
* Strong knowledge of Irish VAT, payroll, and bookkeeping standards is essential.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Excel is required.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills are necessary.
