Occupational Therapist Job Overview
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering Occupational Therapy services in line with best practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and manage Occupational Therapy services to meet the needs of our clients.
* Develop and implement effective OT service standards and protocols.
* Maintain accurate records and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Stay up-to-date with evidence-based practices and professional standards.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification and registration as an Occupational Therapist with CORU.
* Minimum two years post-qualification clinical experience.
* Full clean driving license and access to a car.
* Previous health service experience, preferably in the ID sector.
* Evidence of continued professional development.
* Working knowledge of HIQA Standards as they apply to ID services.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
