We are seeking an ambitious, suitably qualified, and commercially focused operations management professional to lead our team and drive business results. As Chief Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the leadership team and will play a significant role across all business operations. Your responsibilities will include:

* Designing and implementing operations strategies to drive business growth and improvement;

* Oversighting H&S and facilities management activities to ensure a safe and healthy working environment;
">
* Delivering site-specific commercial goals and objectives;

* Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements;

* Coordinating on-the-ground marketing plans to promote the organization's products and services;
">
* Engaging proactively with key customers and stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive business results;

* Taking ownership of budgets and financial planning;

* Leading infrastructure projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness;

* Managing direct reports and providing coaching and development opportunities;

* Delivering regular KPI reports to the executive team to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

* A 3rd level degree qualification in a relevant discipline;
">
* 3-4+ years' experience in a operations management/leadership role;

* Experience gained in a travel, tourism, or hospitality-focused environment (advantageous);

* Proven experience in leading and motivating diverse teams;
">
* Strong IT knowledge and ability to multi-task;

* Ability to engage with people at all levels.
