A leading Michelin-starred restaurant in Dublin City Centre is seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead it’s award-winning kitchen team. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade to deliver consistently outstanding dishes to Michelin-star standards.
* Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including service, prep, quality control, and staff management.
* Drive menu development with innovative, seasonal, and locally-sourced creations.
* Maintain strict adherence to HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards.
* Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a Michelin-starred or fine dining kitchen.
* Exceptional leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* A passion for delivering refined, modern cuisine with creativity and consistency.
* Strong knowledge of current food trends, sustainability, and sourcing best practices.
* Fully up to date on all HACCP and food safety protocols.
