We're looking for a
Data Entry Clerk
to join our remote team and help maintain accurate, high-quality information across our systems
What You'll Do:
Enter, update, and maintain data across various platforms and databases
Review submitted information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Perform routine data audits and correct any errors or discrepancies
Organize and manage digital files, documents, and records
Assist with generating simple reports and summaries
Follow strict data privacy and security guidelines
Support administrative tasks and collaborate with team members as needed
What You Bring:
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
Good typing speed and familiarity with data-entry workflows
Experience using spreadsheets and office tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
Strong organization and time-management skills
Ability to follow instructions clearly and communicate effectively
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Experience with CRM, ERP, or data platforms is a plus
Previous data-entry or administrative experience is helpful but not required
