Site Development Coordinator - Job Summary:
This role is responsible for delivering the projects technical requirements and coordinating site development activities. You will work closely with the Design team and Subcontractors to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery of the projects technical requirements
* Coordinating site development activities
* Ongoing liaison with the Design team and Subcontractors
* Managing subcontractors technical performance
* Ensuring site quality testing and validation is carried out and recorded
Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* 2+ years relevant site engineering experience
* Experience in setting out using GPS systems, Total Stations, and proficiency in AutoCad software
* General day to day running of paperwork on a site, Method Statements, Risk Assessments preparation etc
* Excellent communication and planning skills, IT literate, and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
* Clean Driving license
