Key Responsibilities:
* Management of the recruitment and onboarding for new starters.
* Maintenance and updating of HR system, ensuring all employee data is up to date.
* Answer and support employee queries in relation to Human Resources matters.
* Implementation of new HR policies, procedures and initiatives.
* Responsible for all HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
Key Skills Required:
* CIPD qualification is preferred, and/or Level 8 Degree in Human Resource Management.
* 2+ Years experience in a Recruitment or HR related role
