Team Administrator | Sligo | Hybrid A leadingsemi-state body is seeking a high organised Team Administrator with excellent attention to detail, great multi-tasking abilities and excellent Microsoft Office suite skills.
This key role involves providing administrative support, coordinating business activities, and engaging with stakeholders across the North West.
Salary: €27,304 Location: Sligo, Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home) Closing Date for Applications: 5pm on Friday 11thJuly 2025 Key Responsibilities: Manage daily administration including diary management, correspondence, and invoicing Coordinate meetings, events, travel, and reporting schedules Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and promotional materials Maintain CRM systems and generate regular updates Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally Candidate Profile: Strong administrative experience in a similar role Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva or Adobe is an advantage Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks Third-level qualification, desirable Full clean driving licence desirable This is an excellent opportunity to build on your administrative skills and start your career within a government body!
