We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to lead our residential development through all phases, ensuring compliance with building regulations, quality standards and safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing residential or apartment construction projects and excellent leadership, communication and client-facing skills. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and project controls is essential.
