Customer Quality Engineer(Manufacturing) Based in Dungannon my client has a state of the art manufacturing facility and are leaders in their field.
They are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Quality Engineer to work very closely with their large customer base.
This is a brand new additional role that reports to the Quality Manager so you can really put your own mark on it.
The company rarely recruits due to they excellent work environment so this is a great opportunity to join their already strong team.
Role CustomerQuality Engineer Conduct a Root Cause Analysis and assign area responsibility for implementation of Corrective Action for Customer and technical issues.
Assist in compiling metrics for customer reporting.
Provide initial quality advice and information to customer service teams.
Support the handling of quality-related queries from customers.
Perform stock checks to support quality control based on feedback from customer complaints.
Track and verify special attention replacement orders to ensure customer meets customer specification.
