Overview
We are hiring Quality Expert Reviewers (German C2 / English B2) for an international operations team based in Dublin city centre. The role is fully on-site and focuses on quality review and policy compliance within content moderation operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform quality reviews of moderated content
* Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines
* Review sensitive content across multiple categories
* Handle escalations and complex cases
* Apply strong cultural and contextual judgment
Role Details
* Salary: €42,667 per year
* Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
o Rotating shifts Monday to Sunday (08:00 – 19:00)
* Training: 4 weeks on-site
* Contract: Permanent
No time off permitted during the first 8 weeks due to training requirements.
Candidate Requirements
* German native level and English B2
* Minimum 6 months of content moderation experience
* Currently living in Ireland
* Valid EU or Irish work permit
* Availability for fully on-site work in Dublin
