About the RoleRayco Group is expanding with several new residential and modular housing developments across the Wexford region. We are now recruiting an experienced Groundworker / 360 Excavator Driver to join our site team.This role is critical for site preparation, drainage, foundations, service installation, landscaping, and general groundwork operations.You must have strong experience on housing estates or civil works and be confident operating a 3T–14T excavator.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out all groundwork activities on site, including:Drainage and pipe layingFoundations and substructure worksDucting and utilitiesKerbing, footpaths, and landscapingConcrete preparationOperate 3T–14T excavators safely and efficiently.Read and follow site drawings and levels (with support).Work closely with the Site Foreman and civil team.Ensure safe, compliant work at all times.Assist with general site labour when required.Maintain machines to a high standard.RequirementsMinimum 3+ years of experience in groundworks and excavator driving.Valid CSCS 360 Excavator Ticket (mandatory).Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling.Strong drainage and concrete experience (essential).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good understanding of levels, foundations, and civil works.Full driving licence desirable.Reliability and strong work ethic are essential.Salary & Package€45,000 – €60,000 per year DOE(Higher end for strong drainage and foundations experience)Overtime availableLong-term pipeline of work in WexfordOpportunity to progress into Site Supervisor (Civils)Workwear/PPE providedLocal projects – minimal travelHow to ApplySend your CV to: -Subject: Groundworker / Excavator Driver – WexfordOr WhatsApp CV to: Job Type: Full-timePay: €16.32-€23.38 per hourBenefits:Company carWork Location: In person
