Clinical Trials Project Co-ordinator Role
The Clinical Trials Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the successful management of Clinical Trial Contracts. This key position involves administrative support, ensuring seamless business liaison processes with Country Clinical Trial Directors and Administrative Coordinators.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing administrative support to facilitate efficient contract administration
* Maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for clients and team members
* Oversight of front desk operations to ensure smooth communication
* Managing distribution lists and coordinating mailings and couriers
* HANDLING RELATIONSHIPS WITH VENDORS
* Assisting with onboarding and offboarding team members
* Providing logistical support for onsite meetings
Required skills and qualifications:
* Previous experience in an administrative support role
* Proficiency in MS Office and virtual tele-conference tools
* Fluency in English
* Preferred requirements including experience in similar or related disciplines and/or international environments, basic knowledge of safety, sales, compliance, customer service, etc., and familiarity with terminology of area supported such as Marketing, Medical, Clinical Research, Logistics, etc.
