You will ensure that our customers receive optimal training in the use of Philips IGT equipment and systems to capitalise the independency of the user with regard to the operation of the product and choice of functions, thereby maximising customer satisfaction. You will be based in Ireland and be flexible to travel to customer sites across Ireland, with additional flexibility to travel to the United Kingdom during the initial training period.**Your role:*** Customising the system to the specific wishes of the users, in close contact with project management and account management, in order to maximise the performance for each specific user.* Taking care of implementation of trial installations (in cooperation with Service), in order to get it working and to get the maximum information for evaluation by the product group.* Monitoring the use of each system, by regular contact with the users, in order to solve problems regarding the operation of the system or to adapt the system to changed user wishes.* Taking care of demonstrations and presentations, where required, to stimulate the sales of the assigned equipment.* Keeping in close contact with the product group, in order to increase/maintain the application knowledge and be timely informed about new developments.* Participating in the development of new functionality or the development of improved system settings.* Delivering value-add enhanced user training on site to the clinical teams* Manage safety standards including radiation protection, health regulations, reporting on customer feedback as well as ensuring that training for customers meets Philips quality policy.You are a part of the **Image Guided Therapy** team, working alongside six colleagues specialising in this application.
