The Role
They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Dublin-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of high-profile fit-out projects and lead them from inception through to handover.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety, while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle from mobilisation to completion.
* Lead site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to deliver fit-out projects to specification.
* Develop and maintain project programmes, ensuring deadlines are met.
* Monitor project costs, budgets and procurement activities.
* Ensure strict adherence to health & safety and quality standards.
* Liaise with clients, architects, designers and stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
* Provide regular progress reports and updates to senior management.
Skills & Experience Required
* Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management within the fit-out/construction sector.
* Proven track record delivering commercial fit-out projects in Ireland or the UK.
* Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively.
* Knowledge of current building regulations, health & safety and quality standards.
