We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Childcare Manager to join our team in Balbriggan.
About the Role:
As Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our childcare facility, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for children. You will lead and support our team of educators, manage daily operations, and maintain compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and standards.

Requirements:
* A minimum Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education (Level 7/8 desirable)
* Experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a childcare setting
* Strong knowledge of childcare regulations and best practice
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting staff
