Providing support and care to young people is a highly rewarding role that requires patience, understanding, and a strong commitment to helping others achieve their full potential.

Key responsibilities include:
Delivering direct services to young people as directed by policies and procedures
Collaborating with colleagues to provide comprehensive support and care
Developing and maintaining relationships with families and other stakeholders
Maintaining accurate records and reports
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess relevant qualifications in social care (minimum level 7) and have previous experience working in a similar setting. A minimum of six months' experience in the social care sector is also required.
Flexible working arrangements are essential, including willingness to work across all shifts – days, nights, evenings, weekends.
