An international bank in Dublin seeks a Sales Executive to join its growing Treasury Solutions team. This is a business development role suited to ambitious, early-career sales professionals who enjoy hunting for new business and building strong client relationships.
You will focus on winning and onboarding new corporate clients, introducing them to treasury and risk management solutions including foreign exchange and interest rate products. This is a high-visibility role where strong relationship-building, resilience and commercial drive are key to success.
Product knowledge in FX, interest rates or commodities is helpful but not essential; full training and support will be provided. The position offers a comprehensive remuneration package including base salary, performance bonus and equity participation.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new corporate client opportunities for treasury and risk management solutions.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients and convert leads into active customers.
Present treasury solutions clearly, helping clients understand how they can manage currency and interest rate risks.
Work closely with internal teams including credit, compliance and product specialists to support client onboarding.
Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline management through CRM systems.
Contribute to team sales targets, marketing initiatives and overall business development strategy.
Key Requirements
Strong business development mindset with the ability to win new clients and build relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
High levels of drive, resilience and commercial motivation.
Interest in financial markets; exposure to FX, rates or commodities is advantageous but not essential.
Professional, collaborative approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
