Responsibilities
Oversee and work with maintenance staff to beautify property with willingness to be hands-onCollect current and delinquent rentsEnforce rules and standards of occupancyResolve resident/tenant complaints, resident relationsWelcome residents and prospective residents with excellent customer serviceLeasing, move-ins, move-outsRespond to inquiries and process rental applicationsShow homes for sale/rentCoordinate on-site operationsFacilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth processQualificationsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet useMinimum of two years of residential property management experience, no exceptionsMust have a valid driver's licenseMust undergo a mandatory background checkMust be legally permitted to work in the United StatesKnowledge of leasing rulesAbility to communicate effectively (oral and written)Works comfortably in a fast paced environmentGreat with people — warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phoneProven track record of successful sales and managementHigh School Diploma or equivalentHigh School Diploma or equivalentCompensation$45,000 - $50,000 yearly
