The ideal person will possess strong KAM skills and B2B sales experience.
A huge advantage to this position would be a strong understanding of the Brewing and Distilling ingredients business.
This role requires a commercial mindset, particularly in relation to pricing strategies balancing this with developing long term relationships and gains for customers.
What You will Do: Work closely with the CEO to develop market opportunities and a long-term sales strategy Manage and nurture relationships with Irish clients, Cultivate new business opportunities (Global Markets) Develop long term relationships to drive business growth and increase the international portfolio.
Provide technical advice to clients on ingredients and processes, helping their business to thrive Develop and implement effective pricing strategies.
ABOUT THE PERSON: What You Need: Strong KAM and B2B sales experience Technical background in the ingredients business.
Proven sales experience with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
Commercial mindset with experience in pricing strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and nurture relationships.
