Senior Client Relationship Manager – Permanent
A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join its Dublin office on a permanent basis. About the Role
In this pivotal position, you will take ownership of a portfolio of key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service across a wide range of fund and asset servicing solutions. Acting as a trusted partner, you will build strong, lasting relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and support clients as they expand their products and structures.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the main point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients.
* Coordinate and participate in regular review meetings and calls, providing proactive updates and ensuring follow-through on all action points.
* Respond to client queries promptly, driving resolutions across internal teams.
* Develop a deep understanding of client needs to identify service enhancements and process improvements.
* Attend client board meetings, coordinating input from relevant internal teams and ensuring matters arising are addressed.
* Keep clients informed of new services, capabilities and industry developments relevant to their business.
* Ensure all required documentation is maintained accurately and efficiently.
* Support clients in the launch of new funds or services.
* Work closely with operational teams to resolve outstanding issues.
* Contribute to local and group-wide projects as required.
* Build and maintain strong internal relationships across departments and global offices.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a client relationship role within the funds industry.
* Confident attending and presenting at board-level or senior client meetings.
* Strong knowledge of at least one key area such as fund accounting, transfer agency, custody, trustee services or financial reporting.
* Solid understanding of current regulatory developments impacting the funds sector.
* Demonstrable project management capability.
* Degree in business or a related discipline; additional language skills (particularly French) are an advantage.
