The Role
We are looking to recruit a Group Pension Administrator to join a growing and dynamic team and to be part of a business at the leading edge of Employee Benefits in Ireland. This role will be based in our Dublin office.
Key Responsibilities
* Administration and management of a portfolio of corporate client insured schemes.
* Ensure all aspects of day-to-day admin of each scheme are completed accurately and on time.
* Deal with enquiries from client companies and scheme members.
* Liaise with Consultants and Client Managers to ensure all aspects of the client file are compliant.
* Complete group pension and risk renewals and accounts in appointed portfolios.
* Ensure all statutory disclosure requirements are met in a timely manner, including issue of Member Benefit Statements, Trustee Annual Report and the settlement of all scheme benefits.
* Ensure group risk rate reviews/risk broking reports are completed, implemented and reported to key client contacts.
* Efficient administration of group pension and risk claims (death and disability).
Qualifications
* 2+ years’ experience, preferably within Financial Services industry or life pensions broker.
* Attention to detail with strong numerical skills.
* Ability to manage own workload while prioritizing effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook (intermediate level).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* High energy, enthusiasm and flexibility with the ability to adapt to change.
* Problem-solving mindset, with a good work ethic and a keen focus on detail and quality.
