Compliance Officer Role

About this role:
* You will ensure compliance with regulations and National Standards, adhering to Professional Regulatory bodies.
* Stay informed on standards and government publications relevant to services in the disability sector.
* Maintain accurate HR systems/electronic filing in a timely manner, ensuring up-to-date personnel records, HR metrics, and statistics.
* Properly archive files and prepare information as per requests from relevant authorities. This includes maintaining NPR Registrations and complying with safety regulations.
