Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to support a major global supply chain transformation programme within a large, complex organisation.
This role will lead structured change activities across multiple markets and functions, ensuring readiness, adoption, and successful deployment of new supply chain processes, systems, and ways of working.
You will work closely with the Change Manager, Programme leadership, functional SMEs, and market teams to deliver impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training that enable the business to adopt new operating models at scale.
Responsibilities
Lead and deliver change across multiple supply chain workstreams or a medium-sized programme within a global transformation environment
Conduct Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder mapping, communications planning, and training needs analysis specifically aligned to supply chain processes (e.g., forecasting, replenishment, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory, planning, order management).
Ensure change plans align with programme milestones, deployment waves, and cross-functional dependencies in the supply chain.
Support go-live, hypercare, and BAU transition for supply chain systems (e.g., ERP, WMS, OMS, planning tools).
Develop full training plans for supply chain process and system changes, ensuring content is tailored to warehouse teams, planners, logistics roles, and market stakeholders.
Coordinate global training activities and drive consistent standards across markets.
Deliver train-the-trainer sessions for super users and functional SMEs.
Create engaging communications covering deployment updates, business impacts, readiness requirements, and role changes.
Engage with senior supply chain leaders, market operations teams, product owners, and SMEs to ensure alignment, clarity, and ownership of change.
Facilitate workshops, process walkthroughs, readiness assessments, and decision-making sessions.
Resolve conflicts or misalignment between central teams and local markets, ensuring issues are addressed early and effectively.
Build trusted relationships across functions to influence adoption and ensure successful delivery.
Maintain realistic plans for change, training, and communications, ensuring all milestones are met across global deployments.
Manage scope changes and communicate impacts clearly, securing approvals when required.
Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project) to track progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Track readiness metrics, adoption indicators, risks, and issues, providing clear reporting to programme leadership.
Lead lessons-learned sessions, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
Change Management certification
Desirable
Additional course or certification in Business Consulting
Financial experience
Retail experience
HRIS experinence
Certified functional consultant in any one specific domain
Essential skills
5+ years in Change Lead, Transformation Lead, or Change Management roles.
Experience delivering change within supply chain programmes in a retail or product-driven environment.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and client-facing skills.
High emotional intelligence and collaborative approach.
People management skills - introducing and building ways in which people can learn from each other, encouraging mentoring and the transfer of knowledge by designing and delivering learning interventions
Team work and emotional intelligence
Good self-management – continuous performance is both an objective and a mind-set
Innovative thinker who embraces problem-solving and continuous improvement.
High value on openness and transparency
Experience
5+ years in Change Management or Transformation roles
Experience delivering change across multiple projects or a medium-sized programme, or within a team on a large programme, ideally in a global/multi-country transformation within a large organisation (20K+ employees)
Hands-on experience performing Change Impact Assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, and training planning
Strong understanding of change management frameworks and structured delivery environments
Experience supporting go-live preparation, hypercare, and BAU transition
