We are looking for a skilled Qualified Solicitor to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for managing various tasks including property transactions, estate administration, and litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion, including sales, purchases, leases, and transfers.
* Managing the administration of estates, including drafting and submitting grant of probate applications.
* Advising executors and beneficiaries on their legal rights and responsibilities.
* Conducting straightforward litigation matters primarily relating to property disputes, probate disputes, and debt recovery.
* Maintaining high standards of client care and compliance with relevant rules.
* Keeping accurate and timely records of all work and billing.
Requirements:
* Fully qualified solicitor with 2-3 years post-qualification experience in conveyancing, probate, and litigation.
* Experience in managing straightforward property and probate litigation matters.
* Excellent communication and client management skills with an ability to build rapport and trust.
* High level of attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
