Role: Cybersecurity GRC Lead Our client Irish Rail based in Dublin is on the look for a Cybersecurity GRC Lead to join their growing cybersecurity team.
In this role, youll be responsible for ensuring our cybersecurity policies and processes are followed across the business and with suppliers.
Youll manage our reporting processes, carry out risk assessments, and keep the business secure and compliant.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and improve how we measure and report on cybersecurity performance.
Set up key security metrics for both internal teams and external vendors.
Work with teams across the business to ensure policies and compliance requirements are met.
Create and update cybersecurity policies where needed.
Lead risk assessments and internal/external security audits.
Develop reports and dashboards for senior management and regulators.
Stay informed on new security threats, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements: A degree in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 5 years' experience in cybersecurity governance, risk management, or compliance.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity regulations and frameworks.
ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST.
Experience managing risk assessments, audits, and compliance reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence in preparing and presenting reports for management.
CISM, CISA, CISSP, or CRISC Certs are beneficial.
