We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the commercial delivery of a landmark project in Dublin. This is a key role within a top-tier main contractor with a strong pipeline of major building projects across Ireland.
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for leading all cost management, commercial reporting, and contractual responsibilities on this flagship city-centre project. You will manage procurement, subcontractor negotiation, and package management. Your goal is to provide accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
* 10+ years experience delivering large-scale commercial or mixed-use projects in Ireland or the UK
* Proven track record with main contractors on projects of comparable scale
* Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and contractual knowledge (particularly with Irish/UK forms of contract)
