ProSource are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer on behalf of their client who are a well established Main Building Contractor who are working on a Pharmaceutical project in Westmeath. Key Responsibilities Technical Oversight: Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and documentation to ensure precise fitout implementation; resolve technical issues promptly. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to maintain compliance with industry standards, health, and safety regulations, as well as company quality standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and site teams to coordinate all fitout activities, ensuring smooth project progression. Problem-Solving: Identify and address engineering and operational challenges during the fitout phase, applying innovative solutions to minimize delays. To be successful in your application you will possess the following; Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Site Engineer, ideally with a focus on fitout for large-scale construction projects. Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, MS Project, and other project management tools. Familiarity with BIM is beneficial. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively lead teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
