Morgan McKinley is partnering with an expanding healthcare company in Cork to find a Procurement Analyst to join their team. This detail-oriented and results-driven individual will play a key role in optimising procurement operations and providing data-backed insights to support strategic sourcing and supplier management decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and process purchase orders (POs), monitor delivery timelines, and resolve supplier discrepancies.
2. Analyse procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance metrics.
3. Support supplier negotiations with data-driven insights and recommendations.
4. Develop advanced Excel models and use Power BI to create dashboards and reports for real-time visibility.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on procurement projects and manage KPIs.
Key Requirements:
1. 4+ years of experience in procurement, data analysis, or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel (including macros) and hands-on experience with Power BI.
