We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of a social care service in County Mayo.
This is a challenging role that requires strong compliance and people-management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to HIQA regulations and standards, leading and supporting staff teams, and maintaining safe, person-centred service delivery.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years management experience as well as recognised level 6 management qualification.
You should also have CORU-registered Social Care Worker status.
