Here is a breakdown of what you can expect:* Coordinate the financial statement preparation, tax provisions and compliance for 13+ local entities.* Collaboration with external advisors to support the ongoing compliance for local entities.* Assist in the co-ordination of statutory audits and local compliance filing requirements.* Responsible for compliance with statutory reporting requirements and deadlines.* Document all financial statement GAAP bridging activities for each of the local entities.* Research, document, and provide input on GAAP, statutory accounting, tax, and reporting requirements.* Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and update documentation, as necessary.* Review of quarterly P&L and balance sheet entries for each local entity.* Collaborate on and review transfer pricing journal entries and provide input on the processes, as required.* Work closely with the accounting team and other departments to gather information necessary for task execution.* Ideally ACA/ACCA/CPA/CIMA qualified.* At least 5+ years working in a multi-national accounting/finance team.* Prior working knowledge of international statutory accounting.* Oracle ERP experience an advantage.* Strong Microsoft Office skills.* Excellent analytical acumen.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Must be meticulous, detail oriented, organized and self-motivated.* Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.* Ability to be flexible while working with time constraints and deadlines.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.**Location:** Ballincollig, Cork Ireland **Location Type:** HybridWe are a recently formed global accounting team, responsible for all aspects of Omnissa’s financial statements and more.
