Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in the food industry, preferably in a high-risk environment.
* BSc in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
* In-depth knowledge of nutrition, food safety, meat science, and culinary techniques.
* Strong project management skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
* An innovative mindset, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple projects.
