Job OverviewSenior Process Engineer position within the Engineering team; responsible for ensuring processes are in control and run at targeted rates and yield.Establish and maintain Process Performance KPIs, BOMS & Routes, FMEAs and Control Plans.Utilize data analysis and engineering/scientific methods for problem solving.Duties And TasksSupport and ensure production processes remain in control and achieve targeted run rates and yield.Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Maintenance.Prioritise Safety as a number one priority.Responsible for Process KPIs, particularly Capability and Yield.Manage BOMS & Routes, FMEAs and Control Plans.Drive Process Improvement Initiatives: Scrap Reduction, Cycle time and Capability.Develop and implement countermeasures to address quality, efficiency and yield issues.Support capacity expansion through equipment, fixturing and metrology investments.Implement efficient, robust and repeatable manufacturing processes.Qualifications5+ years of Process Engineering experience.Appropriate Engineering qualification, NFQ Level 8 or higher.Experience in Manufacturing and Process Improvement activities.Experience in Six Sigma and lean systems is an advantage.Ability to examine data to understand issues, draw conclusions and solve problems.Excellent communication, people and team working skills.Pro‑active, can‑do attitude and passion for improvement.Good understanding of health & safety standards and quality standards.
