Customer Support Specialist Role

This full-time position in Technical Support offers a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career with a global industry leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-level support, troubleshooting customer complaints, and communicating investigation conclusions to customers.
\
Key responsibilities include:
\

1. Receiving inbound Customer calls and email communications and addressing them in a professional and friendly manner
\
2. Reviewing, prioritizing, and managing group mailboxes to ensure all inquiries and complaints are actioned
\
3. Providing technical assistance to customers across the designated product range
\
4. Documenting complaints and inquiries using the appropriate guidelines and procedures
\
5. Communicating complaint investigation conclusions to customers through written reports and phone conversations
\
6. Resolving and addressing any complaints or inquiries within target timelines
\
7. Continually evaluating and identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact team performance and customer experience
\
8. Developing and maintaining areas of expertise in product specialties required for the role
\
9. Executing applicable Quality System processes
\
10. Maintaining ability to comply with business continuity plans
\
11. Other duties as assigned by the Technical Support Team Lead/Supervisor
\
12. Supporting customers in different market time zones as required
\
Required Skills and Qualifications
\
The ideal candidate will have a 3rd Level Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 1 year of experience working in a medical/clinical environment or in a customer-facing support role in an associated industry.
\
Fluency in Norwegian language is a requirement for the role.
\
The selected candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
