We are recruiting an FF&E specification & pricing coordinator to support anInterior fit-out company in Dublin, to work across range of residential and commercial fit-out projects.
This position is ideally suited for someone with experience in interiors, furniture supply, or light fit-out, who can prepare accurate specifications, pricing documents, and schedules.
You will work closely with the design, procurement, and supplier teams to ensure all furniture and finishes are correctly specified, and costed.
Key Responsibilities include: Prepare detailed FF&E specification schedules for tenders Produce accurate pricing documents, cost plans, and quotation packs Liaise with furniture, joinery, and interiors suppliers to gather pricing, samples, etc.
Support product selection and value engineering to meet design requirements Maintain and update the companys FF&E library, including finishes and supplier information Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure smooth handover from design to installation Prepare tender documentation and client presentation Track design revisions and update specification and costs Attend industry events to stay informed on new products and trends Desired Skills & Experience Industry experience with a furniture supplier, interiors company, or fit-out contractor Good understanding of FF&E for residential and/or commercial environments Strong IT skills including proficiency in Adobe InDesign or AutoCAD Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills Confident communicator, comfortable working with clients, designers, and suppliers Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Commercial awareness Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland Skills: Specification Coordinator Interiors
