About you:
CIPD qualified or working towards the qualificationDegree in HR, Business, or a related field (desirable)Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or similar sectorsStrong track record managing employee relations end-to-endExperience supporting multi-site operations and remote leadershipSolid understanding of Irish employment law; UK law knowledge is a plusSkilled in coaching managers and building on-site HR capabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBased in Monaghan with flexibility to travel weekly to Blanchardstown once a month
What you'll do:
Lead local people plans aligning with wider HR strategy to support operational excellenceDevelop trusted relationships with site leaders across locations to ensure consistency and complianceManage employee relations cases with confidentiality and professionalismImplement and communicate HR policies tailored to each site's needsDrive employee engagement initiatives and cultural activities to foster a positive work environmentSupport organisational change projects and restructure activities at site levelManage reward programmes and recognize performance and contributions effectively
