We're looking for a Program Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of a multi-stream marketing operations program.
You'll oversee work across events, content, and communications—ensuring everything runs efficiently and on time.
The role also includes responsibility for reporting, KPIs, and insight generation.
This role is fixed term contract with opportunity to extend or become permanent.
Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day governance and service delivery across multiple workstreams.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and SLAs.
Manage stakeholder communications, cadence meetings, and project planning.
Identify areas for process improvement and ensure timely delivery against milestones.
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, comms, and events teams.
What You'll Bring4–6 years' experience in program or operations management.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and competing priorities.
Strong analytical and reporting skills (Power BI or advanced Excel).
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management capability.
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-focused.
