We're a growing accountancy practice seeking a proactive Office Manager with strong bookkeeping skills to keep our operations running smoothly. This role would suit an Accounting Technician or similar with experience in accounts administration.
What you'll do:
* Manage bookkeeping: sales & purchase invoicing, aged debtors/creditors
* Credit control: statements, payment follow-up, instalment plans
* Oversee timesheets, WIP, and debtor reviews with partners
* Handle AML/KYC compliance, ROS administration & general office management
What you'll bring:
* Solid bookkeeping experience (QuickBooks a bonus)
* Great organisational & communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities
