Successful candidates will have:Degree, or equivalent, in Accounting / Finance / Business is desirable;Experience in delivering cost transformation, cash and working capital improvement related programmes, ideally within Consulting, industry or private equityKnowledge of and experience in applying cost transformation and programme management methodologies to scope, plan, and deliver business change programmes on time and to budgetUnderstanding of cost principles and levers to reduce P&L cost across COGS, SG&A and R&D including productivity (doing more with less);Business development experience including driving responses to bids and proposals;Excellent analytical and modelling skills, with keen attention to detail;Initiative to take on new challenges, within a supportive environment;Experience with Private Equity companies highly desirableStrong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and BI toolsPerfect fluency in oral and written English.Who is the Hiring Manager?
