We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Maintaining and updating financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
* Processing accounts payable and ensuring timely payments to suppliers and vendors.
* Reconciling bank statements and managing cash flow to ensure financial stability.
* Preparing monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
* Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
* Collaborating with external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documentation.
