Responsibilities
Prevent reputational harm by avoiding significant litigation or investigations related to anti-bribery, anti-corruption, whistleblower protection, sanctions, and listing rules.
Compliance Culture
Lead efforts to embed a culture of compliance through engaging communications and training.
Oversee the rollout of the Global Compliance Program across Europe.
Develop ethics and compliance codes for regional use.
Investigations
Manage the European whistleblowing platform and ensure legal compliance.
Coordinate independent investigations of reported breaches with relevant functions and committees.
Governance & Reporting
Support Europe Zone and Business Unit Compliance Committees.
Collaborate with national legal teams to implement the Global Compliance Program and monitor investigations.
Lead quarterly reporting to ABI's Audit Committee and annual reporting to the Board.
Team & External Management
Manage a small team in Prague, focusing on performance, engagement, and development.
Coordinate external counsel and consultants, including international law firms.
Oversee the compliance budget.
External Engagement
Develop and execute a strategy to elevate AB InBev Europe's compliance profile within the broader compliance community.
What you will bring:
Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with senior stakeholders.
5 years in a Compliance, Integrity or Ethics position with some people leading or management experience.
Experience with Case Management Systems, Power BI, reporting dashboards.
Have an affinity for investigation and recommend corrective actions.
Stress resilient and results driven with a deep sense of integrity and ethics.
