Manage planning for individual projects or portfolios (regional/sectoral)Develop and maintain schedules across pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phasesMonitor progress, performance, and productivity; produce regular reportsConduct milestone forecasting, delay analysis, and float/path assessmentsMaintain progress databases and support Earned Value ManagementAudit site progress and lead/attend planning and scheduling meetingsLiaise with clients, project teams, and subcontractorsPrepare tender schedules, histograms, and resource/cost-loaded programmesSupport weekly workface planning and provide data for payment applicationsIdentify risks/issues and recommend solutionsRecord delays/disruptions and support claims and contractual processesEnsure accuracy and quality of all planning outputsTravel to project sites as requiredSupport, mentor, and lead team members where neededProvide cover for Planning Manager/Project Planner roles when requiredDegree in Engineering or Construction Management (or similar)5–10 years’ experience in a Project/Senior Planner role on large-scale industrial projectsStrong track record delivering complex project schedulesData centre experience beneficial but not essentialProficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, and planning toolsStrong organisational and communication skills
