HVAC Service Operations Lead Job Profile
Our client is a leading manufacturer of HVAC cooling equipment with over 100 years of history. They are currently seeking an HVAC Service Operations Lead to oversee the day-to-day operations of their service department.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of service agreements, PPM compliance, sales support, and coordinating daily operational tasks.

1. Experience in facilities management and HVAC service operations
2. Able to engage in technical conversations with teams and clients
3. Strong communication skills with confidence in dealing directly with clients
4. Excellent organisational skills, time management abilities, ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues

Up to £60K salary per annum depending on experience
