We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of EHS Administrator at a leading FMCG site in Waterford.
Job Description
This is a 12-month contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a high-performing EHS function. The successful candidate will support the department by collecting and managing data to inform governance forums, while helping to maintain and strengthen the site's safety culture through the ongoing development of metrics and dashboard reporting based on accurate, up-to-date information.
The Role
* Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions: Develop and implement effective corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence of incidents and near misses.
* Metrics and Dashboards: Create and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to measure and track EHS performance.
* Documentation Updates: Maintain and update relevant documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Near Miss Reports: Investigate and report near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
* Governance Updates: Provide regular updates to governance forums to ensure transparency and accountability.
Requirements
* Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* EHS Department Experience: Ideally, experience working in an EHS department doing a similar role.
