What you need to knowMatrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Production Operator for our Client, based in the Meath Area.This is an 11-month contract role with a leading biopharmaceutical company.Your new jobKey duties & responsibilities:Support the manufacture of biologic drug substances by operating and monitoring production equipment and executing tasks such as cleaning, validation, and in-process testing.Follow automated manufacturing recipes using paperless technology, carrying out cell culture, filtration, and purification activities to produce the drug substance.Set up single-use equipment and perform production runs in compliance with GMP and EHS standards.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and standard work techniques.Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, right-first-time principles, and team collaboration as part of the company’s culture.What are we looking for?A qualification in a science, technical, or engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).0–3 years of experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical manufacturing.Familiarity with working in a highly regulated GMP environment is essential.Understanding of biologic drug substance production; hands-on experience is an advantage.Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work independently when required.Logical thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to perform under pressure.Flexible, self-motivated, and committed to personal and team development.Apply for this job now by emailing your WORD formatted CV torachel@matrixrecruitment.ieFull detailed job spec available on request.By applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
