About this role:
The National Association of Boards of Management in Special Education is pleased to invite application for the position of Data Protection Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide training and advice on data protection matters to all schools, with a particular emphasis on pupils with special needs.
2. Create online training modules and resources for schools and management bodies regarding data protection policies.
3. Work closely with management bodies to provide face-to-face training sessions in Kildare Education Centre or other locations as feasible. Additionally, engage in conference presentations at NABMSE events or other relevant forums upon request.
The ideal candidate should have strong organisational skills, proficiencyin MS Office Suite,a commitment to delivering excellent service to members,and be comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within teams.
